Reciprocal liability of the IAPS and a CLIENT             with the example of a drug dependence problem

IAPSensures such a calm/indifferent attitude towards a drug, and everything concerned with the drug, as he had BEFORE he had used it for the very first time.

 A PATIENT
 addresses himself for the help –
 – in order not to suffer when he has already given up using it, but NOT in order to give up using it.
For instance: The latest cigarette was the last in my life; I won't smoke, whatever would happen. And I'm addressing to IAPS in order not to suffer. But NOT: I'm addressing to IAPS in order not to smoke a next cigarette.
 –  when (s)he has already choosen a kind of occupation INSTEAD of waste time for dugs [after a long period of drug dependence a man has often to learn normal life like as one has to learn walking after he was in bad several weeks ;
 – in such a state when (s)he feels already need of his drug but before the need can already pressed his mind;
 – it is advisable to think over in advance, when (under which circumstances) the need of drug is the most severe.
