It is not lower than 80% (by the most hard criterion of estimate); it is possible to speak even about its practically absolute efficiency, because the unsuccessful part – 20 % (no more than 20 %) – are persons who break those methodical recommendations, which they promised to carry out, and which other patients adhere easily,
  i.e. not on the technique fault, and
  i.e. persons who does not wish to receive effect, that is their pedagogical problem, but not their psychological problem.

   But it is not statistics, that ought to be interesting to you, for
   – if even the probability is 99%, you can be just in the 1%, and vice versa:
   – if even the probability is 1%, the success can be just yours.
