      Chapter 11. HEALERY

  11.5   DEFENCE

–  Tell us, Mr. Abramovich,a a a
can you get into a bottle?
–  And how shall I get out of it?

è     Healing influence is really interaction. Information can be transferred not only from a healer to his patient, but back too. In order to avoid this, one can (and ought to!) take special measures. If you (a healer) finish your work with a patient you may defend yourself for not to catch it (the patient's disease). There is no element of egoism in it:
catching it is not enough to facilitate patient's state;
• without observance of such safety measure you (a healer) risk to transfer patient's disease to your following (potential) patients, even if the disease does not revealed at you.
Let's show on an example what means to catch it..
ÑÀSE (ÑÀSUS) 1.

    A patient is an elderly woman (about 70 years), the doctor, psychiatrist, mother of the healer's neighbour. She has an aggravation of sciatica, what the healer has learned about casually, when dropped to visit them in the evening. An amicable company has already gathered there, reign ease and fun. The healer, not organizing a healing session as the special action, sat down near the patient and worked with her some about half an hour, without interrupting his participation in the common conversation.
    In the next morning the healer feels a sharp pain in his leg, in a place, precisely corresponding to pain of his yesterday's patient. Only after feeling of this pain, the healer recollected, that he didn't defend on the eve, having finished work. This pain left slowly, about a week, and first two days it was so strong, that he even limped. The patient's pain left approximately the same rate, i.e. right after influence there was no serious improvements.

                Let's incidentally note:
• a good way out of this case should not mislead (with the meaning all is good, what well comes to an end) and justify carelessness;
• let's once more emphasize: healing is not game; one may practice it only with all seriousness;
• wimportant reasons, it is better not to recede from habitual style of work. In this very case; for this healer so long influence was not usual. Usually it did not exceed at it several minutes both before this case, and after it. Making such a serious deviation from the usual operating mode, he should be especially concentrated and attentive. His carelessness, even levity, is possible to explain (but to not justify!) not so much by the favorable (blunting vigilance) of external circumstance, but how many by his excessive and unreasonable self-confidence provoked by successes in previous similar (sciatica) cases.
    It is possible to offer as methods/ways of defance – for the beginning and for example – the following:
" After work with hands – to swill them down with cold water from under a tap. Water is a good accumulator of energy. It will take, wash away all superfluous.
" To do the same, but only mentally.
• To image yourself dressed (surrounded) in a transparent, thin, strong cap – like crystal, but not fragile. To make it may be easier if to connect hands at a level of a solar plexus.
    Only the first method has a physical fulcrum (water), but all are effective. The idea works (as it has been shown in the part I). But it is better not to neglect fulcrums, especially in the beginning of practice.     è
