12.8   EXTERATION of CONSCIENCE

и        A choice itself of healing influences strategy is the responsible moment and can sometimes become a serious problem. Even such, apparently self-evident, answer to the question, whether to keep a person's life, becomes ambiguous in some concrete circumstances. Not always it is valour even if one keeps it by means of self-sacrifice. An aspiration to keep it can appear display ( exteration ) of egoism, trouble about own future, own pure conscience, etc., but not about a dying patient's interests.
    It forces to consider criteria for estimation of healer's actions correctness.
    For two reasons – principle and organizational, as the unique criterion the own healer's estimation must be admitted, as the unique judge – his own conscience.     и
