3.7.   EXTERATION

и     The term of exteration was offered by the author [ 14А, 2000 ] for the elements of psyche functioning outside of individual's physical body, instead of the term of exteriorisation (or "unconscious projection"), entered (1919) by K.G.Jung (1875-1961) in connection with such DP (synchronisms), as spiritism, materialisation, ghosts etc. This term is seemed unfairly bulky: "The kind of obscurity combined with verbosity runs through much of Jung's writing" (A. Kostler [159]). But as well it seems unjustified to ignore it at all.
   In the Soviet psychology the term of exteriorisation also was used (L.S. Vygotsky/Л.С. Выготский and others) but in another (not the Jung's) sense - as external (at the physical level) displays of internal psyche processes.
   At the end of 70th years the psychology doctor V.N. Pushkin/Вениамин Ноевич Пушкин has created experimental precedent (proof) of the exteration reality (he used the Jung's term exteriorisation) [109, pp. 332-333].
   The experiment was put by a technique/method of American researcher Kleve Backster [153]. Electrodes-receivers were imposed on the top and bottom surfaces of a sheet of an alive plant. The electric potential difference between them amplified and registered with encephalograph. At the plant rest the potential difference remained to be constant, the recorder gave out a direct line. At irritation of the plant, for example at its leaf cauterization, the potential difference changed. The plant reacted also to events which were not concerning direct to it, for example to death (murder) of an invertebrate (a shrimp) in the same room. Furthermore: it turned out, that the plant distinguishes people. The potential difference changed, when that person approached to the plant, who already cauterized its leaves, but not reacted at approaching of others.
   The principle novelty of V.N. Pushkin's experiment is, that he placed close two plants, but his operator (the examinee, who was in a hypnotic state) influenced - distantly, mentally, non-contactly (from the distance about three meters) - upon one - only one! - of them, and alternately and selectively, "by request".
   Thus he succeeded in excluding any physical factor (such as, perhaps, thermal radiation) influence on the experiment results, for they influenced in the equal measure on both plants. That has allowed to ascertain with confidence the fact of the controlled, precisely addressed non-physical impact. The experiment has shown an objective reality of exteration as separation of individual psyche elements, as their removal out of his physical body limits. It has shown, that the PSYCHE is the working reality giving results, registered on a physical level, but is the reality metaphysical (not physical).
   Exteration forms are multifarious both on volume of separated elements and their functions - up to full exteration, to the experience (comprehension) of a departure out of own physical body, - and on duration. But it is themes of the following chapters.     &nbs
