SLEEP, DREAM, SLEEPLESSNESS
6.2. The NATURE of routine phenomena
6.2.04. HYPNOSIS
Hypnosis is purposely caused/provoked state of psyche (and as well a process of its call) in which astralum influences are dominate over physical ones. Hypnosis is most effective, when one (patient P ), exposed to it, is in a light slumber, when his mentalum (component) PM influences weakly upon his astralum PA. It makes the base for productivity of influence from the side of hypnotist's H mentalum HM. When P is awake, his astrosoma PA is supervised by his own mentalum PM. At deep sleep astrosoma PA is independent and insensitive to influence of any mentalum ÂM – both the own, and the outer. Influence upon those, who's mentalum level PM is weak, can be effective even at their wakefulness (suggestion). It is widely used in pedagogic practice. People with strong PM hardly give in to hypnosis even in a slumber, but they well manage self-(auto-)hypnosis, elementary form of which is "auto-training".
