Is it possible to liberate a patient from a dependence on a distance, without his meeting with an operator ?
YES,
it's probable. IAPS has such an experience.
But it is undesirable:
such work is more laborious for an operator, and
positive result is more probable at direct contact of an operator and his patient
(though there are not enough data for a serious statistical estimation)
