9.3. DREAMS
и      Not only an inner cognitive-adaptation work of astrosoma (AsB) is accompanied with dreams. During a sleep the character of both energetical (on the astralum level) and informational (on the mentalum level) metabolism processes, which are as natural as physical metabolism (on the physical level), changes.
    During wake activity of the psyche is orientated (in everyday norm) exclusively to realities and requirements of the physical level of Being, to person's needs in very this level. Mentalum (more precisely – its part, consciousness), which dominates in psyche, obeys itself the requests of physical being. The traditional formula is the spirit is captivated in flesh.
    Astralum functions subordinately, non-by-itself; it functions in the way which is optimum one for person's mentalum and for the person as a whole, but not optimum one for astralum itself: energetic metabolism is embarrassed. Part of channels, along which energy circulates in astrasoma, are gradually (from bad to worse) overloaded, soiled, blocked partly or entirely, and this leads to phenomena of stagnantion, which is feeled by a person as tiredness.
