   Nevertheless, astralum is concentrated, formed into astral bodies not by itself. It occurs under influence from mentalum, analogously as astralum influences upon physicum. Information, in particular the thought, when is concentrated, amounts some definite threshold level of saturation, and, as a consequence of this, it transforms into new quality (obtains it), metamorphoses into astralum, and as a result changes its quality, its forms, its dynamics.
   In particular, each conscious, intentional movement (and even intentional non-action) of a person is a result of preliminary control /governing managing/ influence from his mentalum. Marginally it is confirmed also by MAS. The leading level of a humam voluntary actions organization is the psyche highest level, is the consciousness, but not the whole psyche [ 11, р. 42 ].
   So the hierarchy of the matter strata (levels, plans) is tracked. It is a causal chain of mentalum influence upon physicum. The chain has as minimum three links (some of authoritative representative of traditional directions show to seven levels of the hierarchy). A particular case of the hierarchy functioning is the mechanism (process) of volition, as also mechanism (realization) of any psyche fenomenon.  и
