IAPS guaranties the easiness of continence but not the fact of continence because
IAPS cannot guaranty a patient will fulfil severely enough its (easily executable) methodical recommendations –
1 to answer truly the psychologist's questions;
2 to inform the psychologist in proper time of possible new difficulties;
