No, for it is NOT NECESSARY.
   A pacient obtains the result so quickly, that the permanent watch over him is not necessary
   Only INTROSPECTION is necessary during the period of an assay/test of the result.
   During this period (and all the more – later on) a patient doesn't need to avoid temptations – either at a hospital or at the back of beyond.
   One cannot escape from himself, from his disease. He/she must recover from the disease.
   More logically than to hide out at a hospital from a temptation is to provoke a temptation during the test period in order to check the stability of the result given by the IAPS.

   BUT
• such a provocation isn't necessary, and
• (!) during the rest of the day of the working session any provocation is undesirable

   A patient ought to watch if any difficulties appear, if provocations produce them.
• If NOT, it means all right. That must be so.
• If YES, the patient ought to inform and to visit his IAPS-psychologist, and the sooner the better.
